DCF established the first IT Center in Afghanistan in 2012. Since then, DCF has launched 2 Innovation Centers and 11 Robotics labs in Herat and Kabul, enrolling 20,000 female students in our flagship program.

Scholarship Fund

DCF scholarships cater to a wide range of educational needs, circumstances, and aspirations, supporting traditional degree programs and non-degree STEAM courses in subjects from science and technology to arts and mathematics.

Emergency Assistance

The Digital Citizen Fund’s Emergency Assistance Program has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing timely and effective assistance to those affected by crises, with a focus on the most vulnerable communities. Over the past year, our emergency relief program has been instrumental in offering comprehensive support during crises. Key aspects of our efforts include Evacuation Assistance, Earthquake Relief Efforts and Emergency Humanitarian Relief.
